OGC Best Management Practice - Prince2 News
OGC Best Management Practice - Prince2 News: "PRINCE2 2009 Launched - 16 June 2009"
Major changes to Prince2.
Good news, as this brings some improvements, such as a separate Prince2 manual designed for the executive and the project board.
But we need time to digest the new version and understand the effort needed to bring trainers and project managers up to speed.
And in France, the timing of the new announcement is questionable. We only got the very first French translation of Prince2 a few months ago. Viewed from France, this announcement could appear to sceptical observers as a failure in version control, not as an improvement...?
